Axotec IoT Gateways in mobile and industrial applications

The Axotec IoT Gateways have an extensive interface set for connection in mobile application fields. The systems are housed in a very space-saving and stable metal housing with different mounting options. The power consumption is from a low 3 watts and the power control function offers intelligent control of the power supply. Various ready-to-use libraries are available for onboard connection. Ready-to-use nodes for the CAN interface, for GPS, for the Modbus interface and for the analog 0..5V and 4..20mA inputs are available for the Node-RED system. The connection via 4G is established automatically and is automatically reestablished after a connection is broken. The acquired data can e.g. transferred to the cloud via MQTT and buffered in the event of a missing air connection. The free programmability enables customer-specific requirements to be implemented quickly and easily.

The Axotec IoT Gateways are ideally suited for stationary industrial applications. These include, among others, e.g. Extended temperature range, IP protection, operation from solar cells and storage batteries or a special mechanical housing such as in a 19 "cabinet.

Various ready-to-use libraries are available for on-site connection to machines, controls, sensors and other signal generators. Finished nodes are also available for the Node-RED system. For control applications, a powerful Codesys system offers a whole range of protocols and functionalities in addition to the standardized programmability.
